Step 1: Determine Proactive Maintenance Program

LubeMobile's clients select service packages and interval of services. We let you know your low monthly payment for your packages.

Step 2: Initial inspection and service

For each vehicle, LubeMobile inspects fluids and filters and analyzes engine oil and other fluids in questionable condition.

Step 3: Presentation of fleet condition

LubeMobile meets with fleet manager to present

  • summary of inspection results
  • results of fluid analysis
  • recommendations of services needed

Step 4: Ongoing Maintenance

Clients submit mileage reports to LubeMobile monthly. LubeMobile determines services needed and submits estimates for services not included in monthly-priced packages. After fleet manager authorizes service, LubeMobile goes onsite after production hours to service vehicles.
